  • Measurement and analysis: we use high resolution measuring machines and 3D modelling software to reconstruct original geometries, even starting from damaged or worn sheets.
  • Magnetic identification: upon request, we check the grade of the original steel to propose the most efficient material between NGO (Non-Grain Oriented) or GO (Grain Oriented) electrical steel.
  • Internal engineering: our engineering department designs custom stacking tools for each individual project, ensuring precise coaxiality between stator and rotor.
  • Fiber laser cutting machines: fast manufacturing with 2 kW fiber laser systems with a precision of +/- 0.025 mm on working table up to 3000×1500 mm.
  • Advanced assembly methods: we offer TIG/Laser welding or BACKLACK technology to minimize vibrations and maximize thermal stability.
